WHY IS MY COUNTRY NOT GROWING?

“Why isn't our country growing?”, Many young people and non-young people have been asking me for years. It is obvious that: growth, development, does not interest politicians much. Perhaps because the NON-growth of a country is a guarantee to continue to have electoral political support? Probable, but one thing is certain, all areas in which they are chaired by politics DO NOT GROW! In fact, politics is not synonymous with logic or knowing how to grow. Politics is not a science and therefore anyone can access it, WITHOUT necessarily having the fundamental prerequisites to promote constructive growth. This is why politics is not a science, it is not a logic and it is not synonymous with growth.
Politics is not meritocratic, because individuals who would have obtained more votes because of a very large family, or because you have a very large factory with thousands of employees or because interests are intertwined with factories, majors, lobbies, companies miscellaneous, etc., would be more likely to win elections and get the leadership of a city, a region, a state. Going beyond the one who, on the other hand, demonstrates great management talent, knowing how to build, knowing how to develop a territory, but who, due to not owning factories, not to compromise on the logic of intrigue, bartering, patronage, etc. It will NEVER reach the political seat and therefore the whole country or state or region will pay the consequences.
This is politics, that is: giving the helm of a state or city that is, NOT on the basis of skills, but on the basis of .... numbers, votes, disgusting votes, guarantors of nothing, not even of the true popular will!
This would be the FIRST cause of why many countries and states do not grow. Too much mediocrity in an armchair, too many beings unfit to lead a country, but, to obtain fame and for high earnings, he elbowed to take possession of an armchair that he does NOT deserve, that is not made for him, regardless of the electoral consent.
Here, for the leadership of a state or country that may be, it would be better to establish an international register, where the talents in economic management and local authorities, prepared, with years of training, is FINALLY a real guarantee of knowing how to operate. Therefore, mayors, parliamentarians, senators, governors etc. MUST be present in a register of management professionals, with SPECIFIC TRAINING BEHIND.

Anyone who would like to settle at the helm of a country must first study and become an expert in the management of local authorities, laws, bills, infrastructures, etc.

SINCERELY, CONTINUING WITH THESE HEADLESS IN THE ARMCHAIR IS A SHAME, AN OFFENSE FOR THAT FRACTION OF PEOPLE FOR GOOD THAT LIVE IN THE COUNTRY!

Any human being, of any nationality, of any ethnicity, could apply to be mayor or ruler, as long as he has the necessary qualifications for the proper management of a country. Anyone who would like to be mayor or any administrative position should absolutely have the qualifications and must be present in the national or international register. Enough with novice administrators at the expense of the community and the state! Do you want to be mayor or any administrator? Well, then go to study, take courses and take SPECIFIC training exams on local authority management, business, infrastructure, democratic growth regardless of electoral support, etc.
ONLY BY PASSING THIS WAY WOULD YOU HAVE GROWTH IN MUNICIPALITIES, CITIES, REGIONS, NATIONS!
ENOUGH CLIENTELISM, WITH STATUTORY AUDITORS OR DIRECTORS ELECTED FROM A CIRCLE OF LOCAL CONNECTIONS, BY FAMILIES, EMPLOYEES, ETC. AND WHO WOULD ONLY MAKE THEIR BACKGROUNDS.

Another shocking, anachronistic factor, which represents a continuum since Roman times, is the fact that politicians can change the laws in their favor. Is absurd! It is obvious that salaries, annuities, subsidies will be increased, which will make their advantage! But the people do not protest, the people approve, that politicians can create laws and remunerations in their favor! It is precisely this aspect that leaves one dismayed, where the sovereign people are not so sovereign, because if they actually were, it would be the people themselves who set the earnings, salaries, annuities, and luxury of those who represent them. Thus, the people are not sovereign, they have no voice to manage and determine what they should do and how much their political representatives should perceive. But all is silent, humanity has no voice for what actually interests it.
Every three years of activity, the results of each administrator, governor, senator, parliamentarian will be evaluated, if there are no growth activities, of effective operation, he will be lifted from the comfortable chair and replaced with another subsequent element, present in the ranking, that is in the register above. This is the only way to have the certainty of a nation's growth.
This procedure of on-going evaluation and replacement for lack of profit or negligence, must absolutely be applied IN EVERY STATE AREA, both to politicians and to government, hospital and research managers, teachers and didactic managers employed by the State.
ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE OR REGION OR A MUNICIPALITY; THEY SHOULD BE RAISED FOR IMPRODUCTIVITY IN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.
A job that would take a week is actually done over months or even years, to the detriment of productivity!
