That is, this mentality, this way of acting, is the child of society, of a people, of an approved doing, of a lack of openness towards something else, towards reflection, optimism, being morally positive, that the people, society does not ensure, that is, it is not present in the existential culture of a given people, that's it.
It would be enough to see the Australian company that, in the course of their existence, many of them carry out different jobs, not simultaneously. That is, it is not difficult to see in the course of their existence, lawyers or managers, politicians, entrepreneurs, bankers, who subsequently for one reason or another dedicate themselves to no longer doing this job and become agricultural owners, wine entrepreneurs, or tool makers. etc. Without ever having disturbances in the sphere of mood, without running into alcoholism, divorces, suicides, domestic violence, etc., it is a lifestyle shared by the local culture, but it would be enough to reason to understand the beauty of dedicating oneself to various and different areas of one's own. existential path!

So, let's say that the existential upheaval of a psychic nature after job loss is only a socio-cultural factor, of an anachronistic mentality, out of time, often induced by the conformism and social homologation of a given society.

Another no less important paradox is that a European State pays an employee who spreads evil, cynicism, wickedness in the workplace, or towards those to whom it should offer a service. All this has repercussions both on the service given and on the growth of the institution that does not grow, trudges, fossilizes and that the State employer does NOT intervene considering it not important for production purposes!
Here, day after day, in Europe we are witnessing some country where State services, paid for by the State, are unmanageable, are real hells populated by devils, ready to unleash the evil induced by envy, by anger, by a psychic state not balanced, by personal frustrations, by separation from the spouse, but above all by a craving for money, for riches that represent THE ONLY RESOURCE. AND THE ONLY REASON TO LIVE.
Can a nation move forward, develop, do its best by being parasitized by these demons?
This is why the State does not intervene year after year, it is getting worse, it struggles, there are no measures to counter this mentality centered on cynicism, on a caustic mentality, as if it were on a genetic basis, result: the Institution does not grow, therefore , cities do not grow, so the nation does NOT grow!

OTHER PARADOX: it is found where you live by imitating others, following trends, without using your brain.
Parents who struggle with hands and feet, like tribes of aborigines, to raise their children to social divinities, to be the first in everything, (it is the manifestation of PSYCHIATRIC DISEASE of wanting to make up for their social failure through their children and occupational), to have every possible good and then ... they neglect, neglect the essence, that is to give to guarantee present and future health. That is, for them it is more important that their children have the highest school grades, that they do very well in school, that they are excellent, but then if they get sick because they are raised at the foot of an oil plant, it DOESN'T matter.
Do you see how headless these peoples are? And the closer we get to the European equator, the more industrialized countries exhibit this cognitive distortion of living! Distortion NOT present for example in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, but instead very much represented in Southern Italy. Pride, Silence, Dullness in chasing the TRUE primary factors of life, that is, physically and morally healthy. These three O's ( Orgoglio, Omertà, Ottusità) are the cornerstones, the three pillars on which the existence of many peoples of Southern Europe rests.
Building a bridge not over the Strait of Messina, but over the Strait of Sicily, would be decidedly more physiological?
