The lack of consultation in the workplace, teamwork, cooperation and respect for the organization chart, the defection from the founding nuclei of the ethics of the State employee, should be reported at the end of the year and sent to the European Ministry in charge, because they too know what the state is funding. The State Institution is not a private home where everyone can do as he or she wants, where there are no rules and professional ETHICS, especially in the didactic and educational field. With the adoption of a merit criterion, many employees would fail and would not engulf (as today) the yield and the productive potential of an educational, training or other context.
Passing a competition or having qualifications do not guarantee either professional ethics, know-how or attitude, and failure to participate in many team contexts can be a shining example.
